At first i didnt like the taste of the old flavors. It left a after taste that i couldnt get over. But when i saw this i had to give it a try and i fell in love with it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need to gain weight and love the taste of the Ensure Plus milk chocolate. I prefer it warm since it’s thicker when cold. Because it’s a little too sweet I mix it with some milk. I tried Ensure protein that has low sugar and thought it was nasty. So, needing to drink about 3 bottles a day the Plus is the best tasting. I tried Boost and other types and still found Ensure was much better.

He misses out on his minimal daily requirement of mineral and vitamins. We were always worried him getting enough nutrients to stay healthy. He likes the taste and drinks two a day, and he has been relatively healthy since anding this to his diet.

Then I drink another during my lunch break to ensure that I am receiving my vitamins with an added boast to get me throughout the day. Lastly, I drink another can after dinner for an extra snack because, Ensure Strawberry just tastes great."

I try to drink at least one a day and find it is a good way to add calories. The taste of the dark chocolate is good, but I wish it were possible to to buy single cans to I could try different flavors without committing myself to six cans at a time. My one complaint is how much sediment there is in the bottom, no matter how much you shake it.

All the flavors are true to taste. Smooth, milk shake consistency. Sometimes wish there was more in the bottle. Gives you the boost you need.
