The Chocolate PLUS Ensure tastes like a Chocolate Milkshake, and (because of it’s texture) it fills my stomach up, nicely – for, at least, 4 to 6 Hours! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product!

Taste is ok but it's way too sweet and thick. After finishing a bottle it feels heavy on the stomach and makes your mouth feel uncomfortable because of the texture and sweetness.
