I absolutely love different Flavors n try keeping milk chocolate, strawberry and vanilla in my pantry to have different variety everyday n not get tired of one.

Upon drinking it intermittently for a few days I noticed a distinct boost in energy while playing tennis. Discontinuing Ensure noticeably decreased the effect. The high protein does not appear to grant the same benefit, at least in my case. I am a 65 year old man. I would highly recommend trying Ensure.

I'm not able to digest food the way your suppose to. I drink two Ensures a day along with a soft dinner and when I get my blood work done, my health numbers always come back good. Ensure is a staple at her house and has become a major supplement when she doesn't want a full meal. Miraculously she is able to live at home alone, still drives her car, and does her own housework. I'm sure that her daily supplement of Vanilla Ensure has been a major factor in her being able to maintain her activities of daily living.

The coffee latte flavor far exceeds the taste of a brewed coffee house drink and also beats the cost. This product has protein, minerals and vitamins. I feel better knowing she is getting the nutrition she needs. It's available in ready to drink bottles which is very convenient. My mom loves the butter pecan and the strawberry flavor the best. She is 91 years old and currently in an assisted living facility. My family makes sure she has ensure daily.

The nutritional value is fantastic and it helps me to maintain the protein that I need to keep up and moving. I only wish I could find a case at a time instead of the usual six pack of the pecan flavor.
