I have recovered and regained the lost weight. At 88 years of age, I am able to garden, maintain my lawn and many other chores. I still drink one several times each week after doing the above chores. I first drank it with the dentist suggestion and didn't like the taste so since I needed to gain weight he suggested making a milk shake with ice cream and it was delicious. Now it is my night time snack. I drink one every night and it gives me what I need to keep my weight regulated. A great product.

I really improved in metabolism and energy. I have tired and like the variety of flavors. I drink it cold, over ice and as a shake. My doctor encouraged the continued addition of ensure into my lifestyle. Sometimes is I don't want a meal I am satisfied with my drink of choice. I really like that it is easy on my digestive system. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2011 my husband had a laryngectomy. He wasn't one of the "lucky" ones to be able to eat naturally after this type of surgery. Due to the surgery and radiation he no longer has the muscles to swallow foods and relies of gravity for any type of intake, which means only liquids. Ensure and Boost are the only foods he has. These products have the nutrition he needs to live this new normal life.

They love them and enjoy a bottle for a snack or as a meal. My dad loves the vanilla and my mom prefers the vanilla. Cost wise is a bit high but well worth the product. I would not prefer anything else as a nutritional drink besides Ensure. Thank You Ensure.
