My son is a very hard start in the morning. This is the one thing he actually will ask for when he wakes up and I know he's at least getting something in him that is a good start to his day.

My son is a little under weight and we mix this with his milk for extra protein. It has fiber so it doesn’t constipate him like the protein shake without fiber used to.
