[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product came in a really nice box and everything was packed very well. I opened it and assembled it. That was very easy. I let it charge for a little while before I try to use it just to be sure that it was ready. The toothbrush Bluetooth to your phone and let you know all different types of things about your brushing. It also has several levels depending on how hard you want to brush. The packaging came with a coupon for a new brush head for when you need your next one. I'm not sure of the price of the replacements. I brushed and it was great my mouth felt so clean and I loved it. I'll update in a few days with a whitening review.

I've used this toothbrush for over a month. The POWER button is located just above the MODE button, and both buttons are in a depressed hollow. As I brush, my finger naturally slips from the power button and ends on the mode button. When I go to power-off, all that happens is that I change the mode. Now I have to hit the mode button 6 more times to return the the setting I want. The mode button is rarely used and should not be anywhere near your thumb which controls the on-off button. This is thoughtless ergonomic design. Incidentally, they rejected my nickname because it was too short - it has 3 letters in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVED this! Best item for my first campaign. The brush itself was super easy to use. It really made my teeth feel amazingly clean. Between this toothbrush and flossing it has made a huge impact on my teeth! It has even cut down on the after morning toohbrushing bad breath! The only negative thing I can say is that the Bluetooth capability was really hard for me to figure out. Trying to mirror your brushing in the camera of your phone is hard. I found myself focusing on the position of the camera more than brushing. Not my favorite feature but that does not justify the quality of this product. Will definitely recommend this to anyone!

My previous Oral B lasted 15 years and is still working, but need to charge it too often so thought it's time for a new one. I bought this because of the lithium battery requiring less frequent charging and I like the black color, white tends to turn yellow over time. Plus the gentle mode is easy on the gums. The performance is excellent, cleans very well. Unfortunately this brush has a bright white light shining into my eyes at night, exactly what you don't want. Really irritating, terrible design. Looks like there's no way to turn it off. Now I have to dump this one and figure out if there's another that has the features I want.

Toothbrush is very loud and feels a bit clunky when brushing. I've always had a sonicare but my dentist recommended getting an oral B. I tried it and wasn't a fan. It cleaned my teeth/gums/tongue very well I just didn't like the noise. Went back to a sonicare. Sam's was GREAT with customer service and helping to exchange. Very easy process with them!

Maybe mine is defective but the battery does not last not even a week. My wife has the same and her last longer. So I will see if the second one acts the same and take it from there.
