It sounds like you may have selected a Brushing Journey in the Oral-B App. When a Journey is launched, a set of modes are selected to use only. You can end a journey at any time & unlock modes at any time. You can do this by going into the App on your phone and clicking > challenges > (you will see the active journey highlighted at the top), > click on the active journey > scroll down and click end journey. The modes will still be configured to the journey, so you will next need to click > more > my brush > handle you’ll then be able to reconfigure the modes and allow all modes to be used.
