The button to switch between the 5 modes completely stopped working on both of My toothbrushes in just two days of use . I'm going to be returning . .

Got as a gift and one fails to charge. Thought it was the charging station, so I swapped chargers and same thing... I am really sad poor quality for such expensive items..

The toothbrush is all right it's pretty aggressive actually however the app that you're supposedly able to track your brushing your teeth never downloads customer service is garbage it's an expensive electric toothbrush nothing special

But, is it normal that the lights on the toothbrush stay on after finishing brushing? cuz I have to push the mode button after i'm done brushing to shut them off. Nothing about this in the manual. Just got the brush a few days ago. Please advise?

Bought as a gift for my daughter and her husband. They LOVE everything about it!

This has been one of my best purchases. After the first use my mouth felt cleaner than it ever has.

Very pleased with this product. replaced originals purchased three years ago

Nicely improved model. Great brushing options.

Really like the results of using this product.

Works great. Lots of different features.
