The app is the coolest thing and has made my gums so happy! It makes brushing in the right spots for the right amount of time. To make sure I wasn't just excited about getting my first electric toothbrush, I used it for one week, then my traditional one to see if I could tell a difference. Let me tell you... My teeth felt "gritty" and had a not so clean feeling after I got used to using the Oral-B 6000. The different settings are wonderful especially when you have sensitive areas and need the speed slower, plus the color changes if you're brushing to hard. The battery life is also way better than I expected and could brush twice a day for over a week without having to charge. Overall, my teeth feel cleaner and my gums are not as red and "inflamed" after I use this brush. I really can't say enough about the app either, it is such a handy convenient feature that tracks your brushing even when you're not using the app.

I was able to use my camera as well to make sure that I was properly angling my toothbrush. You can have several users to one brush(with different heads of course :) ) by setting up different colors that light up when each different person is in use. It logs your info to show progress as well as set timers for reminders of brushing your teeth. I am a mom of 4 so I have to say this is great as I even at times let time slip away from me. I also have to say after all these features had me sold, the quality of brushing was great!! I was showing off my teeth all day after using!! I have extra heads on order so that the rest of the family can enjoy! (and mom can really make sure the kids are brushing their teeth correctly!!)

I was honestly expecting the same experience with this one but wow was I missing out! Just looking at the box I thought to myself how can one toothbrush have all these features but now I say why don't all toothbrushes have these features! Putting together the toothbrush and the charger are super easy. Connecting it to my phone was an easy process as well. I'm so glad that I am able to connect it to my phone just because of everything that you can do from it. I love how you can personalize the color to your taste or just keep changing it day by day. I love how it motivates to keep on brushing and keeps tack of how you have been doing. The best part is it vibrates to let you know when its time to switch to a new area! I don't have to count in my head any more !! Also offering different modes , which is perfect for me since my sensitive gums. I can go on and on about how much I love this toothbrush, but you will just have to try it to see that so would you !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a Sonicare electric toothbrush for a while. Don't know what brand exactly, but it's an older model. It has treated me well so when I got the OralB brush via BzzAgent (got it for free for testing purposes) I was hesitant. I haven't had good success with a model of theirs I had used in the past. That being said, I just might be a convert. The Pro (6000-8000, not sure exactly which one) is quite good with a good number of interesting features. The brush seems to clean very well with a good torque on the brush head. The feature I REALLY like is that the brush pulses at the 30 second mark to let you know when you need to brush in a new section and when 2 minutes is up. The battery also has a good charge (it lasted about 1.5-2 weeks on my first charge with it) and the battery indicator is accurate. I also love the fact that the entire toothbrush is waterproof. This makes cleaning the brush much easier than it was for my sonicare. Here are my frustrations: The battery indicator when it blinks red and says the battery's gone, it's really gone and you will not be able to really finish brushing. The bluetooth connection and app glitched for me as it didn't upload all of my brushing sessions (I only had waited 3-4 days in between so it wasn't like the built-in memory on the toothbrush was full. While the variety of settings on the tooth brush are interesting (sensitive, gum care, tongue clean) I don't use them at all. Overall it's a good brush and I will for sure keep using it (depending of course on if the brush heads are reasonably priced).

Typically with manual brushes I would feel the residue of food on my teeth by the end of the day, not to mention the lack of attention I was paying to how hard I was really brushing. The Oral-B Pro 6000 vibrates gently when too much pressure is being used. Since I still have my wisdom teeth, I noticed that I no longer struggle to reach them in the back, the head on the Oral-B fits perfectly to reach without pinching my cheeks. Battery life is great! I've only charged it one time in 3 days! It has not alter the velocity one bit. Did I mention that you can download an app and track your oral hygiene goals too! :)

It showed me every spot i got and everything i still needed to do. It directed me until i was finished with each part. It cleaned my teeth better then anything I've ever tried. It has color options as well, of course i chose pink! It has different options as brushing and cleaning tongue and even more. I spent 5 minutes brushing my teeth just cause i enjoyed it. They almost feel as i went to the dentist to get a professional cleaning. It tells you how charged it is, when it's ready and easy clean up. Love the Bluetooth options. It comes with a tip storage thing so you don't have the top exposed to dust. I highly recommend this, like i said. I didn't know i could love a toothbrush but i now do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to get my new Oral-B Pro 6000 toothbrush. Opening the box it looked like a high quality unit. Included was the base, the charger, the handle unit, a travel case and of course the brush head. I immediately noticed that the brush head looked a bit different than others I have seen at the store. Assembling the unit was easy. Once set up and allowed to charge I began reading the instructions, which at first, seemed a bit daunting. I next downloaded the app from the App Store and it immediately linked up via Bluetooth. The one thing I noticed is that I couldn't really find how to select the mode in the instructions, but a little random button pushing and I found how to do it. The other thing was that the icons used really didn't give me a clear indication of which icon was which mode. I did a little searching online and found a description of each one along with the corresponding picture. Now it was time to test it. To start with, this is one powerful unit but don't worry if you have a sensitive mouth as it has a setting for this as well. As you use it, when the time is up (15 seconds) in a particular quadrant (the four areas of your mouth), it interrupts the brushing process with vibrations to alert you. I liked that. Also, if you apply to much pressure the smart ring turns red to let you know. After two minutes of brushing, I will say, my teeth felt really clean and they looked it too! I have a three letter word for this Oral-B Pro 6000 SmartSeries Power Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush with Bluetooth Connectivity....WOW! Not only is it advanced in its technology, but it is also advanced in it's cleaning ability. I like the app which allows you to monitor how you are doing. It is certainly not a necessary thing but it does seem to add a little motivation and fun to the usually thoughtless process of daily mouth hygiene. In summary, I would definitely recommend this toothbrush and I have to admit, I was so impressed I have already gone out and bought a variety of the toothbrush heads to have on hand. I can honestly say that it's the best electric toothbrush that I have ever tried! Well, it's actually the only one I've ever tried but I was not expecting the results that I got by using it. First use, I noticed that my teeth actually felt better than they do after I've had a cleaning at the dentist office and they also looked whiter when I used my whitening toothpaste with it. I had fun using all of the bluetooth enabled "extras" that it has, but honestly, I don't know how much I will actually use those things. It has a timer for brushing teeth and also has a reminder for flossing, rinsing with fluoride and brushing your tongue and will log it into the app, that you download onto your phone, when you tell it that you have completed those activities. I absolutely love the feature that will let you know if you are brushing too hard. And I also love the different settings for regular brushing, lighter brushing, and polishing. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend the Oral-B Pro 6000 SmartSeries Power Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush to anyone wanting to purchase a rechargeable electric toothbrush. Lots of great features!

This toothbrush is a great fit for those of us with multiple oral hygiene needs. I was excited to see that there were six different settings available: daily clean (a good starting place), pro clean (higher level of vibration), sensitive, 3D white (polishes), gum care, and tongue clean (hallelujah!) In addition, you can choose between five compatible brush heads: cross action (aka multi-purpose), flossing, 3D white, sensitive, and deep sweep (for optimum plaque removal). I love this toothbrush because it cleans deeply without making my gums bleed or my teeth sore. Plus, it comes with a sleek carrying case and holds a charge well when traveling. I haven't gotten super into the Bluetooth connection function, but I think it's a great idea for people who want to track their brushing habit - or just look cool! Me, I prefer the fact that it isn't the end of the world if I don't floss - I can just switch out the brush head and feel like I've been diligent on those days that I'm just too lazy. Great option for the tech savvy, obsessive-compulsive, lazy, and everyone in between.
