[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using the Oral-B toothbrush, 6000 model and was quite impressed. I have been using Sonicare for years. so I was able to compare this very well. The toothbrush seems to feel just like the polishing when I go to the dental office for a cleaning. The color changing top is cool as it changes to red if you are pressing too hard and the timer is excellent. I do think the Bluetooth connectivity is kind of geeky. I usually do not carry my cell phone with me to the bathroom to brush my teeth.

This booklet that purportedly is to assist a new owner in operating the product is printed in type so small that reading it is a huge challenge. If I knew in advance that it would be in type so small I would not have purchased it. The booklet should be available in PDF form for downloading to one's computer where the type can be magnified and even printed on a letter-size sheet of paper. It is quite disrespectful of Braun to enclose this booklet as the only printed guide with a product that sells for such a costly amount.

After six years and two DiamondClean purchases, I switched back to OralB. I personally feel that my new OralB cleans better, has a better in hand feel when brushing, features typical German quality and simplicity of use and the circular pressure warning indicator at the top of the brush handle is in a visible location versus the DiamondClean's location at the bottom of the handle . Replacement brushes are more cost effective and readily available vs the DiamondClean. iPhone App is helpful for initial set up and brushing evaluations, but I doubt if I will use it daily. I'm very satisfied with my decision to return to OralB and highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used an electric toothbrush before. I always thought " I'm sure a regular manual is just fine". Well I was completely wrong. My mouth has never been so clean! I tend to drink a lot of coffe and I love my sweets so my teeth aren't the prettiest. But using this toothbrush makes my whole mouth feel so clean. And I actually take my time brushing my teeth! I love this clean feeling. Plus it has its own app! And a nice traveling case and charger. It does take 12 hrs to fully charge, which I thought would be a problem but it's actually not. It is definitely a great buy.

I love how it flashes red when you're brushing too hard. My teeth really did feel smooth like after going to the dentist. I definitely am going to have to get used to the smaller brush. That's my overview of it for now until I learn how to use it better.

I have been using it for about a month now and there are many benefits. My teeth have never felt cleaner and I don't get the plaque build up half way through the day like I used to. I am very pleased with my new Pro 6000. I am impressed with the many features that this brush has to offer. The design of the white handle is sleek and is easy to grip. Two other great features include the built in pressure sensor and timer. The pressure sensor lets me know when I am brushing too hard by slowing the brush head down and flashing a red light while the timer pulses every 30 seconds and blinks informing you how long to brush. The other days my daughter tells me that my teeth are white I told her that my new electric toothbrush is a success. I also talked to my friends and I told them that my new brush is very good and that it leaves your mouth clean. Definitely a must have

This brush is terrific! I love that it warns me when I'm brushing too hard. The spin is the perfect speed. The bristles are firm, but not too much. I can't even describe how clean and amazing my mouth feels. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a brighter, cleaner, better smile. After owning an Oral B electric tooth brush for 12 years, I decided to upgrade to the genius brush. While I appreciate the professional timer and choice of ring colors, I cannot stand how bright the charging light is. With my old brush, I never had to disconnect it, but that is the new normal now. Last night, I was in bed and thought there was a ghost in my bathroom--no, it was just my new "genius" brush getting charged--it is too freaking bright and the pulsating light never ceased. Now I feel like an idiot for paying so much for a gimmick.

This is my first time using an electric toothbrush, and the difference in the way my teeth and gums feel is incredible. Every time I brush my teeth feel like I just left the dentist's office. In the box you get the electric toothbrush, a charging station that has storage for brush refills, one brush refill, and a travel case. The toothbrush has several modes including Daily Clean, Pro Clean, Gum Care, Whitening, and Sensitive. Personally, I have preferred the Sensitive setting, because my gums are very tender due to pregnancy. I also use the Gum Care setting after every brushing, and the Whitening setting is great to use once a week or so. The toothbrush has a pressure sensor that lights up red and vibrates to alert you if you are pressing too hard while you brush (which I am prone too do), as well as a built in timer so you can always be sure you brush for the recommended two minutes. Every 30 seconds the brush vibrates to let you know to move on to the next quadrant. I definitely wasn't brushing long enough when I was using my regular toothbrush! Lastly, this toothbrush has the ability to connect to your phone via blue tooth so you can keep track of your at home dental routine. This isn't something that I feel is necessary for me, but it isn't a bad feature to have. The replacement brush heads seem expensive at first glace, but it would only come to about $30 a year if you switch every three months...and it's well worth it for the quality cleaning your teeth receive! I definitely recommend the Oral B Pro 6000 to people who are looking to switch to an electric toothbrush, or would like to upgrade their current model.
