enclosure set sucks

I've had this trampoline put up for 2 weeks now and already the top enclosure ring is sagging. Also, one of the poles is bending inwards! This trampoline sucks and I so wish I would of went with a Skywalker instead.

kids love it!

all my kids love this trampoline. the only thing is, is that the wind just won against it. I need a new pole (for the net) but I have no clue how to get one? I'm not going to let them jump without a net, so need one quick!

The basketball goal is essentially useless

The net was dryrotted within a month, and literally fell off the goal. We haven't allowed the kids to grab the rim, but yet even with normal play, the goal is slanted downward and is pretty much useless.

Hi Momototwo, we apologize that the net dry rotted so quickly. We do extensive UV test to make sure that something like that does not happen. However, there are some circumstances and factors that we cannot account for such as variables in the weather and the play environment. Mosty good

I feel the product is durable and my kids really like it. The screen enclosure was difficult to put on. It comes with shoe strings that you must tie together and string through holes. I would have preferred one that was simpler like other brands.

Hi Lovebmx, thank you for purchasing our product and for the review. Our product was designed to use the string because this is the safest way to secure the enclosure. The string leaves the smallest gap while being the most secure as well. A simpler design would have had more gaps that a person could get caught in. A good example of this would be basketball shoes.
