The glucosamine seems to help with pain in my knee joints. It takes some time, maybe a month. The liquid form is more effective for me. the solid pills don't seem to absorb very well. Exercise is an important part of the treatment plan.

I read the reviews and I thought "Wow, I will try it." Boy, What a disappointed ☹️!! It was ok if I had nothing else to drink at all. But I have many better choices!! It isn't even a little sweet. It's a little salty so I would rather drink water and take a pill. I haven't taken it long enough to know if it works but it probably does. I just don't like the flavor. I wish I could give it to one of the many people that do like it.
