This is my 3rd Roku device, we now have one in our bedroom, living room and office. We take one on the road in our RV when we travel. The only thing is I wish they would have a bluetooth option so that I could use headphones when watching.

My old Roku had trouble maintaining a good signal because it was in a detached garage. The signal is at least twice as strong on the new one and, so far, no blinkouts.

Called support as installation fail for channel store is what we continued to get. Called support the lady wasn't listening to the issue then told me the equipment was faulty. Returned the Roku, bought another one only to have the same issue.

Replaced an older model ROKU stick with this one. Difference in speed is dramatic, despite the fact that location in my house is where wireless is weaker.

Bought this to replace my old Roku HD. Wanted the 4K capability with the faster processor so when we get a new 4K TV we will be all set to go. Love Roku's large selection of apps and the way they interface, much easier than most Smart TV's!

Cut the cord recently and just bought two of these. I was already a fan of Roku when they first came out a few years ago...still have/using two first-gen pucks. Installation and setup was fairly easy. Definitely notice the excellent WiFi range.

I have an older stick that doesn't have a bit of trouble connecting to wireless service. This new stick takes time after time to connect. It's very aggravating

Just the voice search and on & off buttons for the TV and volume made it worth it to me. Yes, I could use various apps but having the remote next to me and the phone in the charger made more sense.

Just follow the instructions on the tv screen and setup is flawless. Just wish there was an option to setup the homescreen to mirror my other Roku devices so I didn't have to go in and move things around manually.

We've had the original Roku for about 7 years. It was starting to run slow. I upgraded to the stick and am amazed at the superior picture quality and speed
