The remote is not so responsive and then it greys out screen with zillion  dots moving  across

I cannot use on my tv because i need the extender and cannot get one they are out of stock

Easy to set up.  Like the menu.  Wished I didn't have to spend the time resetting all the accounts.

Great Price - Faulty Device -Poor Customer Service

I was looking into “cutting the cord” as they are saying since cable has gotten so expensive. After months of research & talking to people that stream-I went for it!!! Let's just say I couldn't be happier with my decision. There are some drawbacks and some getting used to but it has paid for itself in just the 2 weeks since I started streaming. If you don't mind watching a show a couple days or a week later than when it actually airs (I haven't paid & don't foresee paying for any episodes) then this is for you. I love catching up on TV shows & shows that you can only get by streaming them.
