This was our second try with a stick and we couldn't get it to work! I tried support and I guess it is an internet problem or our Samsung TV. We returned it and will get a box. The box type works fine.

Roku TV has all the channels and great streaming for our needs. Bought, plugged in and ran thru setups, easy. Was able to setup my Amazon Prime, Netflix and Hulu accounts I already had. Great product

The Roku system allows access to many good viewing options. However, there are far too many channels that require a "provider" aka cable or satellite. If I wanted or had these providers, I wouldn't necessarily want Roku.

I had a ROKU 3, for 8 years, and a streaming stick for another 6 years. When My Roku 3 stopped working, I got the streaming stick plus. It is fast, compact, easy to install, and perfect for me.

I bought this week because of the lockdown now. It was great deal and the plus was now we have one remote that does everything. Volume and power button include now which was not include in the old ones. Great buy.

Our family just love ROKU and have them We have 4 ROKUs connected to our televisions, and 2 ROKU televisions~bought strictly because they included ROKUs. The new remote an additional chsnnels are AWESONE!

I don't know what's wrong, but my old Roku worked fine. This new one keeps having trouble connecting to the internet. Also, when watching live sports, it freezes, resets itself and turns on close captioning (on its own). Odd.

We had a previous streaming option and it would often got out completely, couldn't connect to our wifi, told us the contents were off limits, etc. The new Roku stick with the wifi booster works great.

Love the better wi-fi. Almost never buffers (even on Direct TV NOW). No need for any other remote. Powers on/off my Sony Bravia and controls volume. Going to purchase another one soon.

Bought this about a month ago. My wifi signal is not the best where I live. This picks up the signal that my old style Roku couldn't. Love the streaming stick.
