Could not get the remote to pair with the Roku stick.  Wound up using my remote from another Roku.

This new ROKU STICK is amazing!  It is doing an awesome job and I am very pleased with it!

More durable

There are two problems with new remote. Cannot program shortcut buttons and no headphone jack.

Great Price - Faulty Device -Poor Customer Service

I was looking into “cutting the cord” as they are saying since cable has gotten so expensive. After months of research & talking to people that stream-I went for it!!! Let's just say I couldn't be happier with my decision. There are some drawbacks and some getting used to but it has paid for itself in just the 2 weeks since I started streaming. If you don't mind watching a show a couple days or a week later than when it actually airs (I haven't paid & don't foresee paying for any episodes) then this is for you. I love catching up on TV shows & shows that you can only get by streaming them.
