Easy setup, ease of use and best experience ever - who could ask for more?

I have had Rocky since it first came on the market and love it.

Gets too hot. Have to keep unplugging to let it cool.

Bought this a week ago and the remote freezes and won't work, the screen freezes and is too slow!
