It was very easy to set up and get started. I like the new features of the voice button and power button for the TV but there is no control for the TV volume . I would like to have a volume control so I won't need two remotes.

I bought this for my latest TV which is 4K. The ROKU allows me to experience the full potential of the TV. I also love the on/off button located on the remote. It reduces the number of remotes necessary to operate my video system.

This is a great new version of the 3600R, which was my favorite streaming device. The new model is very stable and I love the remote with powe/volume controls!

I recently preloaded the spectrum app on 2 brand new roku sticks before moving.It worked fine. I got spectrum service at the new residence and the spectrum app wouldn't work. I now have a bunch of useless bricks.

I bought this for my dad, he is 91, so for he had said nothing good, but he is learning a new Roku, it is not EXCATLY the same as the older model. For Roku. Buttons on the side for volume are not seen therefore not used by old, old people.

Now that I have the best one for my setup, it is wonderful. But I had to return THREE times before I got the right one!! and even then, I had to send away for the little HDMI extender. There should be BETTER PURCHASING GUIDANCE.

I bought this a few weeks ago, I had already used other Roku previous models and this one is just as good as those. It's compact, easy to set up and it works really well.

Streaming issues using direct tv now. Roku would loose connection on a regular basis. It's not my internet. My internet is fine with speed over 110 meg

Great price, I'm upgrading from an earlier model....the color is much sharper, HD quality and I love that I can stop using two remotes since it handles volume and power:-)

This is our second roku purchase. We have had our other tcl roku tv for 3 years. Same problem with the new tv. The remotes are to small. The ok and directional buttons being the worst. Other than the tv's are awesome!!
