I purchased Roku about two weeks ago and returned it two days later. The unbelievable amount of commercials is disappointing. The buffering every 5 seconds so that you cannot enjoy the movie stream to its fullest.

I bought this for my dad, he is 91, so for he had said nothing good, but he is learning a new Roku, it is not EXCATLY the same as the older model. For Roku. Buttons on the side for volume are not seen therefore not used by old, old people.

Streaming issues using direct tv now. Roku would loose connection on a regular basis. It's not my internet. My internet is fine with speed over 110 meg

I like this roku a lot. It's not only very responsive and easy to use but it streams in 4k and works with 4k tv's. I think it was a good purchase. Very small and travel friendly.

I bought 2 of them a week ago and will probably return them. One won't connect and there isn't a customer service number and the other one constantly is “searching”.

All photos online for the Streaming Stick+ show PS Vue as a shortcut button. The boxes choose to skip this piece of the remote. Mine came with VUDU. This has a direct affect on the wife and children acceptance factor.

Someone else installed it for me on a tv with cable service and I decided to use it in a bedroom with no cable and have not been able to get it to work.

I recently preloaded the spectrum app on 2 brand new roku sticks before moving.It worked fine. I got spectrum service at the new residence and the spectrum app wouldn't work. I now have a bunch of useless bricks.

This is our second roku purchase. We have had our other tcl roku tv for 3 years. Same problem with the new tv. The remotes are to small. The ok and directional buttons being the worst. Other than the tv's are awesome!!

Installed new stick last night. Last one overheated and stopped working. I love interface and have a TCL with roku built in and the roku box, so I'm a fan. Hoping new stick does not have same issue.
