This is the third roku that I have bought not that I needed to but this one is an upgrade for my room the one I replaced is going to the is a (adult kids)

Problem is with viewing PlayStation Vue local channels when viewed on Roku devices. I get an Oops error and it blanks the screen. Do not get the issue when viewing on PS4 device. Neither company wants to address. Blame each other.

I purchased Roku about two weeks ago and returned it two days later. The unbelievable amount of commercials is disappointing. The buffering every 5 seconds so that you cannot enjoy the movie stream to its fullest.

I like your product and for the price it seems like a good deal. I do wish the apps were updated to look as nice as the ones on my Apple TV instead of an older less intuitive interface. Otherwise, thumbs up!

I bought this last week, it was a cinch to set up! It works seamlessly with my WiFi network at home without skipping. My older Roku unit had spotty streaming on the same WiFi network. Well worth the investment!

Now that I have the best one for my setup, it is wonderful. But I had to return THREE times before I got the right one!! and even then, I had to send away for the little HDMI extender. There should be BETTER PURCHASING GUIDANCE.

A lot of people said how easy it was to get it put together...but it took me a couple of hours just to figure out which cords went where! Maybe it was because I have an oldish tv, but it was just mind-melting.

This is a great new version of the 3600R, which was my favorite streaming device. The new model is very stable and I love the remote with powe/volume controls!

Streaming issues using direct tv now. Roku would loose connection on a regular basis. It's not my internet. My internet is fine with speed over 110 meg

This is our second roku purchase. We have had our other tcl roku tv for 3 years. Same problem with the new tv. The remotes are to small. The ok and directional buttons being the worst. Other than the tv's are awesome!!
