I had some trouble getting it installed, but your support team helped me and I am very happy with them.

If I would have know the features I would have bought one for every TV I have but I will buy more soon

Not happy with the auto play of a different episode on Netflix. The older model let you choose if you want to play the next episode or switch shows.

It's only been a couple of days (I have other Roku on other TV's) but this outperforms (and performs flawlessly - aka - no reboots) the older units.

Our first venture into the world of streaming sticks. Glad we chose Roku, Well-thought-out, simple to set and use. Good, clear instructions.

I am new to streaming and recently "cut the cord" for cable. So far this has been an okay experience.

upgraded to the new Roku handset. The clarity of the TV is upgraded to our liking all the new features.

Bought as replacement for cheaper model which had problem connecting between remote and stick. No problem with this one

My second unit. Such seamless integration - it does all the work and decision making. It just works better than anything out there!

The only thing I would change is the mini usb that powers the device. I'm not a fan on looping the cable back around to power it.
