Great Price - Faulty Device -Poor Customer Service

I own several other versions of ROKU for the TV's in my home. This one is by far the smallest and easiest to install.  This version features all of the great features of the stand alone ROKU's as well as the fact the it can be hidden behind your TV with no wires showing.  I like the fact that I can control my TV with the ROKU remote as well.  Great upgrade for an older TV.  Can't go wrong with this purchase if you are looking to stream hundreds of channels including YOUTUBE, NETFLIX, HULU, SLING TV and many more.  Highly recommend.
