We got the Roku to watch ESPN3. During football it keeps reloading and repeat. Also when we turn it on it says hold ok button for 3 secs....usually end up unplugging

Some features does not work with my samsung tv, sound adjuster does not work with tv but overall works faster and picks up wi-fi better! have to reinstall all channels so need internet to reinstall on tv

Received the new Roku as a Xmas gift and it was the best. The extra features provided that turn the TV on and off along with the volume buttons make it so much simpler. Set up was a breeze as well.

I'm so happy that I can get so many stations. The only thing that I'm not sure how to do is get our local news station for one particular station here in Philadelphia. I have to figure that out or call your 800 number.

I got this to make an old tv new. The fact that it is super fast, I can connect my power to the Roku remote, and I can take it while traveling makes it the beat one yet. I started with the original Roku XS back in the day lol

I have 3 Roku's. I purchased the 3810 for our living room. The picture quality is amazing and no lagging. My favorite option with this model is the new remote that controls the tv power and volume.

I have 2 other regular Roku but I bought this Roku streaming stick and I love the fact that I can use the volume control and power button to my TV on the Roku remote without trying to find my Satellite remote. I really like this little fella!!

I live in a four story home and was having trouble getting roku service on the tv in my basement. I upgraded to this Roku model with extended range and more power, and now get access to everything. So happy!

we bought this to replace an older version but you can not just plug and play. takes forever to download. have to clear out all the stuff they force on you and input your channels plus all your codes for everything
