Our old Roku wasn't streaming very well anymore so we decided to upgrade. This one said that it has a longer wifi reach which is what we needed. So far so good.

I have been having a problem with You Tube always cutting out on videos and going to Hone or to the ROKU on my older ROKU. Hasn't cut out once since I installed Stick. Also loons much clearer.

I really like the way we could set the stick up to turn the TV on and off and raise or lower the volume. We need only one remote for what we do. And a small one at that!

Our old basic stick was glitchy, cut out a lot. We bought the Plus and have none of the old problems. Plus the remote works much more smoothly than our old.

I have been using a Roku 3 for over a year so when I decided to replace a firestick I purchased Roku® Streaming Stick®+ (model 3810) . I like the new features but was disappointed this new model doesn't have plugin for head phones

I bought the latest Roku stick because the one I had for about two years now died on me. I'm sure the life expectancy of your stick coincide with the life of my first one. I like the feel and instant feedback of new stick.

We bought our Roku about a month ago and canceled cable (keeping internet service), and for the first time I was happy to see the "cable" bill. We cut the bill in half, and then some!
