WiFi is excellent. Nice compact device. Very responsive with no lag. The only issue I have is the main menu is missing Movie and TV Store by Fandango. And it's not in Home Screen under settings to hide or u hide. Strange?

I have a brand new samsung 4k uhd smart tv. Got the roku as it doesn't support directv now. Have to keep unplugging roku as I keep getting an error with a purple screen.

We worked for 6 hours to try to set the Roku Stick up and it sent us around in circles I would advise anyone who is thinking about getting it to think very hard about it.

We bought the Roku Streaming Stick because my husband was tired of the cable bill always creeping up each month. We've discovered a couple vintage channels that allows him to watch vintage SciFi shows so he's very pleased!

I bought an Apple TV and couldn't wrap my head around the cost diffence. I returned it and bought another Roku instead. All the things I need and none of the cost I don't.

This is my 5th Roku I have a Roku 3, 2 older sticks, a Roku TV in the motor home and now the 4K Stick. These are all great products but, this new 4K + stick is the best yet! Roku save me $1000.00 dollars a year on my entertainment.

I bought the product, down loaded several stations such as USA. Worked fine for a day or 2 and now everytime I try to watch the stations says I must be contacted to a cable provider

This is a great buy and now I'm saving alot of money just using the Roku. I have the same channels I had from Comcast but at the fraction of the price. I recommend Roku to anyone who wants to save money on cable.

This Streaming Stick+ 3810 is a definite upgrade from the 3600. Fast processor, TV control, compact design...My only complaint is the AC plug that, like the 3600's plug, does not fit tightly in the electrical outlets in the US.
