This model is much improved over the pervious one I was using. It loads much quicker, streams smoothly and, so far, doesn't stop to reload during use.

I already had a Roko TV & streaming stick. Needed another stick & bought + 4K) because it advertised it get better signal strength, but it shows same strength as the HD streaming stick. Don't have 4K TV yet, but will soon.

We bought our Roku about a month ago and canceled cable (keeping internet service), and for the first time I was happy to see the "cable" bill. We cut the bill in half, and then some!

I have been using Roku products since they first came out. This product like the others have been so user friendly. I did try a different brand three years ago but I had to replace it with the Roku.

Purchased after going with an Amazon Fire Stick and loving the purchase of the Roku so far. Remote responds better and apps flow faster without all the Amazon suggestions

Updated our Roku so we could get the most recent channels and updates available and have been happy with our experience. Glad we went with this model and the kids are loving trying to use the voice commands! LOL!

Bought this to replace our older Roku. Streams so fast you don't even have to wait at all to download anything. Nice you can speak into it to search for items.

I retured the Streaming Stick + as it doesn't work with Slingbox and that is one of the main apps I use. My older Streaming Stick, 3600x works, but I was told by Roku and Slingbox that all newer models of the Roku are not supported.

Bought Roku + because the tv is the basement needing extra wifi signal strength. like that the Roku + comes with a USB the plugs into the wall for greater power. Work great. I have 4 TVs with Roku.

Product is so fast, accurate and I love the fact that I can power on and off my TV with ROKU remote as well as adjust volume and mute. Overall really happy.
