Item is being returned. Customer service was extremely poor and not up to Roku standards. No help and did not listen.

I bought this a little over 2 months ago and it worked beautifully until it stopped and won't respond. A great disappointment.

Working great so far on Viasat would not work on Hughesnet But overall it is a great product I recommend to everyone i can. Willis
