I take one a day, the taste is good and i can't say if they actually work but i haven't been ill so they may be beneficial. They haven't done any harm.

The very berry gummies have a better flavor and texture. Not fond of the grapefruit flavor in the assorted fruit flavors. Will purchase Very Berry in the future.
