Why not, most recommended for winter maladies./

It is a little too tart for me, but this was recommended for me in the help to fight the symptoms of the flu.

Good Flavor

I enjoy eating the gummy vitamins. This one has a really good flavor that I have to stop myself from eating them all like they're candy.

Very beneficial for my health.
