I started to take these because I work in big box store and everyone was getting sick and I can't afford it. I been taking these and I have been so much better with them and when I'm out I feel the difference. The serving size is 3 gummies and if you do the math it can become costly. Do I have been taking one a day to help afford all the vitamins I need. I am happy taking one cause it fits my needs and may be your needs are more or the same.

They are labeled as Mixed berries, but it tasted more like an orange. I love oranges so this was perfect. It is not that chewy, very easy to eat and swallow. The only thing I found strange was that the instructions stated to take it three times a day. There are only 21 gummies in it, so that equals out to just one week of use. I would recommend to family and friends, but as a bigger pack.

I have several auto immune issues, and can get sick very easy during cold and flu season. This is my main product to support my immune system during that time of year. However, I was disappointed that the gummies arrived with many stuck together that were impossible to separate. The texture and taste was also very lackluster- they were pungent, sticky, and chewy like taffy.

I recently purchased 2 of this produpurchased. but didn't realize it was gummies. Worse idea ever to put a supplement in all that sugar. Just put it in pill or capsule form and call it a day. Will be putting these in the garbage and purchasing another brand.
