Decent flavor. Try it with a veggie salad with light dressing for a few weeks for lunch -- you should lose weight if you eat reasonably the rest of the day -- watch out for grazing and after dinner snacks!

If you think protein shakes taste too much like milkshakes, and get tempted to drink more than you are supposed to, Clear is your solution. It tastes like fruit juice and won't trigger the craving for dairy. 20 grams of protein per bottle.

The mango was not so tasty. Taste like a sweet medicine drink. Maybe ill try the punch next time. I did mix it with some flavored water and lots of ice. I know i needed it
