See the description, good post cardio drink and recovery. Not sickly sweet and not bland. Has good flavor. Let it sit out for a min to breath. Easier to drink lower calories than sports drinks. Has protein too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Convenient to drink, and has a very impressive protein content. However, it tastes sickly sweet and leaves a horrible feeling on my teeth. The convenience is not enough to overcome the taste.

The taste was fine but the aftertaste shows up and it's very disappointing. They're like having fruit juice and pouring some protein powder in it. Leaves a fruity, milky taste in your mouth.

Great flavor and very sweet. I usually dilute mine with some water. It has a slight chalky aftertaste which is probably a result of the high protein content. It is gluten free but it does contain milk.

If you drink liquid protein shakes like Isopure, you'll be glad to know that this product tastes way better. For a drink without sugar I am completely impressed. Only 90 calories per bottle.

I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor!! It was so refreshing to drink with the 20 grams of protein, 1 carb and no sugar. I especially LOVE the tropical punch or berry flavor. I will definitely be keeping this in our home!

Decent flavor. Try it with a veggie salad with light dressing for a few weeks for lunch -- you should lose weight if you eat reasonably the rest of the day -- watch out for grazing and after dinner snacks!

I bought these and someone mentioned a chalky after taste ... that doesn't even come close. I tried a swallow of one and then poured the rest down the drain. What a waste!!
