Basically echoing the other comments on here. Last couple of cans have not been the same as it used to be. The sauce is thin and has a vinegar or sour taste. There is barely any meat in the sauce anymore. Really sad that a brand that had great consistency has become trash. Wouldn't recommend anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think beef ravioli especially from chef boyardee is a classic meal. It is quick and simple to make. Just simply open the can and either cook it in the microwave or stove top. It literally only takes a couple minutes to heat up. Ravioli can be good for the whole family, adults and children. It has a good flavor and is filling. I highly recommend this to have on hand when a quick meal is needed.

I warmed the ravioli in a pan as directed and it turned out tasty as a quick snack. The ravioli was meaty, the sauce was flavorful and didn't taste canned. I recommend this product as a quick snack or lunch. I would buy this product in the future.

Same great taste you remember from your childhood. Have to say though, that as an adult I appreciate how filling they are at relatively few calories. If I eat a can of Chef Boyardee Ravioli for lunch, I'm good for the day. No late afternoon hunger, or wondering what I can snack on before dinner. Also, I am amazed by how economically priced they are. Easily fill your belly and have money left in your pocket.

When I was a kids my mum never bought this, I only got it when I went to my friends place and I loved the flavor. I just had surgery and for some weird and wacky reason I had a hankering for A can of Ravioli. OMG it was disgusting to say the least. What a disappointment. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog for heavens sake. This crap should be taken of the grocery shelves.

I have ate Chef Boyardee ravioli for 50 years.Your original ravioli was to die for especially with a bread and butter sandwich to mop up thick sauce with chunks of meat in it. Your new watery version sucks and is unfit to eat. Who ever made the decision to do this to your product should be fired. This product went from a five star rating to absolutely terrible. Everyone's gonna be shocked when they pour this watery stuff out of the can. Looks like it expired 10 years ago. Hopefully you have not done this to any of your other products. I will not be purchasing this product again and will tell everyone I know why.. you need to stop sacrificing quality and taste to save a buck. Sometimes you can just go too far and no one's going to buy the product.

I'm 58 and have eaten Chef Boyardee since I was a small child. It was a staple in my kitchen in my younger years. I have not had in years and bought a couple cans as a "treat" What a disappointment!! Does not taste anything like it used to. Just Blah. I'm sure the health "experts" completely bungled the recipe to make it more "healthy" and less tasty.

Perhaps this is due to childhood nostalgia but I've loved Chef Boyardee Ravioli ever since I learned to use the microwave as a young child. The cheap price, convenience, distinctive processed flavor, and pleasantly mushy texture puts Chef Boyardee Ravioli a league above authentic Italian food. There is one room for improvement, I'd love to see the Chef Boyardee company develop a vegan version of their ravioli classic. Then, I could eat a can everyday completely guilt-free! I'm probably a weirdo for liking this canned ravioli so much and I sound like I'm joking but Chef Boyardee Ravioli is my most favorite food. Thank you Chef Boyardee :D

When my son tried the ravioli for the first time, he LOVED it! He was two years old at the time and my wife took a picture of him, half covered with sauce, grinning from ear to ear. It is one of my favorite pictures of him. He still loves them a year later.
