OmGosh! Me and my family use this almost everyday on our tacos or taco soup. This is our go to topping. This will save your life especially if you just have taco meat and need some taco seasoning. This is a great substitute. I reccommend this for everyone.

I just bought the Mild Rotel to make a dip for a family event. Some of us, including me can't eat the regular because it's too hot for us. I was happy to use this product but...it's just as Hot. I couldn't eat or enjoy the dip & the others. I'm very disappointed. What the difference?

Ro-tel is the perfect addition to any queso recipe. With a block of velveta and a can or two of Ro-tel you can leave it in the slow-cooker for couple hours and have the perfect dip. I like to add seasoned ground beef and a few more spices, but in the end it wouldn't be complete without Ro-tel.

Rotel is great in pasta sauces, Mexican dishes, and homemade soups. If you're having a holiday party or just any get together, put some Velveeta cheese in a crockpot and pour a can of any variety of Rotel in and let it melt it will be a crowd pleaser.

Rotel chili is great for making quick flavorful dips and meals. I always have at least two cans on hand at all times. We prefer the original version because the others are too hot for our liking. I recommend trying this, it'll add more depth and southwestern flair to your food.

We use this in almost everything. Great for cheese dip, in chili’s, crockpot meals and omlets. Our family could literally put this in everything. My favorite is it chili’s. We love a lot of flavor. The size is perfect and the product is alway great tasting. Just open the can and go. A pull tab for the top@is the only thing I would consider changing.

I had a pasta soup dish recently that required a can or jar of pasta sauce BUT I didnt have enough for the recipe. I opened a can of Ro-Tel, drained the liquid and tossed into a sauce pan with evoo and sautéed. I used a masher and mashed the contents and sautéed a few more minutes before tossing into the soup. It turned out fabulous!!

Great product to use in salsa dishes, spaghetti sauce, soups or rotel dip. It is affordable and comes in handy to stretch a meal. Of course my favorite use of it is in rotel dip—so tasty! Definitely will buy it again and I want to try some of the other varieties.

I love the diced tomatoes and green chili from Rotel. I found this recipe online for a cheese dip and it called for a can of this and it literally made the dip amazing! Anytime I make this dish that includes a can of this people always ask me for the recipe

Ro-tel allows me to make my family's favorite queso dip with sausage.  This dip is a constant at any get together or tailgate.  Just add ro-tel to browned sausage and then add those to cheese.  Put it in the crock pot and snack away!  The taste of ro-tel is perfect.  Not overpowering.
