I can handle a little spice but anything super hot will hurt me on the way out. I use rotel original in my chicken tort soup to add a little spice. Been making it for 6 years twice a month. Everyone's mouth was on fire last night. Even my husband who likes spicy was like wow this is hot. Quality control needs to be sampling these batches and maybe diluting them with another to decrease spice in original. I understand peppers can be tricky but is there taste tests once prepared to ensure it doesn't get too hot?

This is my go to add in for a dish that needs just a little something more! It taste great and can put a little bit of love on your taco themed dinner! I love that I can get an extra large can or these smaller ones as needed! I like that I can tell what I’m eating just by looking at it.

I used to love Ro-tel, but these past few years, I have noticed a tin can taste to it. I much prefer eating either bottles salsa or even the canned fire-roasted salsa style tomatoes. Better yet, fresh salsa. When I taste that tin can funk, I have to wonder what is going into my body 😳

I like to add this to my famous buffalo chicken dip and people absolutely love it. For usually less than a dollar it adds so much flavor. My girlfriend uses it in a chorizo and cheese dish and I can't tell you how many compliments she gets. The label could definitely use a little re branding in these modern times but a great product for cheap.

I have used almost all varieties of ro-tel for years and have rarely been disappointed, I hope they don't cheapen their recipe because I use it a lot in my dump and go cooking in my Instant Pot, and Casseroles. It's the best way to "jazz" up a meal. If I don't want tomatoes to show I just buzz it in my blender and go. I love this product, always have!!!

I use Rotel often. It is something that my husband taught me to use and we use it many different meals. I haven't come across a can I disliked. My kids, who are picky eaters, will eat it too. I cannot leave the store without grabbing a can to make sure I am stocked up!

I'm not real big on tomato products but this was decently good. It's cheap and doesn't normally pose issues in price. I don't think I will ever truly like tomatoes unless I used them in a chili or for something else that needs them. I don't buy them often so there's that. 

Rotel has a nice flavor not to hot or spicy. I do like to buy the version that is hotter. It is as healthy as a canned veggie can be. I don't think there would by anyway to improve this. I use it for some chilies and cheese dips and stews. I am satisfied with product. 

Affordable, convenient, and versatile! I use this product in so many different ways including in dips and in casseroles. You can also add this to breakfast scramblers and a dip mixed with cream cheese and cheese or beans. So delicious and a quick snack

After years of using most of the varieties if Rótel I can highly recommend the mild one to be in the safe side. It gives to a twist to charro beans, ground beef and cubed beef stew, make a quick salsa, add some Extra ingredients, and can’t forget the nacho cheese. One thing that I would love to see as improvement is the easy open can, not there yet.
