I've been using a can of this for years from anything to a basic sauce for pasta, to even putting it in Mac & cheese to "jazz" it up. It's got just enough spice so it's not overpowering for those picky eaters. I will always have a can of this in my cabinet!

Original Rotel has been in a staple in my house for 30 years! My mom always kept it in our pantry growing up, and I do as well. You can use Rotel for so.many.things: Rotel and cheese dip, a pot a chili, and my favorite (a dish my mom made for me growing up), rotel chicken and rice (shredded cooked chicken breast, cream of chicken soup, rotel over a bed of rice) DELISH! I highly recommend keeping this product as a staple in your pantry.

Super fun and flexible ingredient. One could ad this to virtually anything and you’ll enjoy a nice pep. Add it to melted cheese, macaroni cheese bites, add it to pasta sauce for a bit of freshness . Add it to homemade chili and skip the prep time. Rigel is great!

I use Ro-Tel for a lot of meals and it has been a staple in our pantry. I’m a busy Momma to three little girls under the age of five - it’s a very hectic dinner time during these years so I’m always looking for simple, nutritional meals that my kids will enjoy. Rotel is a great addition to a lot of slow cooker meals that make weeknight dinners a breeze. My four year old’s favorite meal (and the ONLY dinner she ever asks for seconds) is a mix of rotel, corn, chicken and some cheese. My kids love it and that makes me a happy Momma! #momlife #easydinners

This is a great option to add to queso or to throw in the crockpot with some chicken or pork! Love having an option that I can have in the pantry that has a long shelf life and can easily be thrown into different proteins to make a flavorful meal. Consistent quality everytime!

I love using Rotel in the majority of my recipes & keep it stocked in our pantry. Recently, I have noticed the last several cans barely have any green chilies and have had to add more? Is this just random or am being picky? I would normally give this 5+ Stars! I ask my Sister (and she lives in another state), she said she noticed the same! Anyone else?

I have only used this product when i have made chili just to give it some semi fresh spiciness and cut down on the powdered spices.  Also it adds some coloration to the chili. The can is  not that expensive and you can always have some on hand and add it to sloppy joes too. 

There are other tomato/chili preparations out there, but non of them are as good as Ro-Tel. I grew up eating this and it tastes as good as it always has. One of my favorite dishes to use them in is an easy etouffee recipe that’s been in our family for a while, pictured is a crawfish easy etouffee that I made recently; it was delicious.

Rotel is the perfect add on when making Mexican food at home! Brings lots of flavor and is really easy as it’s premade in a can. I usually save the cans for a few days in the refrigerator as there is a lot in the cans so it doesn’t all get ate in one sitting.

This is a great mix to easily enhance anything you’re cooking. Easy to make queso with a block of cheese, easy to add to meat of choice to make something delicious! I always have this on hand because it does have a great flavor that can be used in a variety of items.
