I keep this on hand all the time, its a staple for my kitchen. I use this in a lot of recipes to save time.

Oh, Do-tel.

We love Ro-Tel tomatoes, and when I buy a box of them we always have them on hand when we make something asking for diced tomatoes.

Always a great buy if you like queso with this in it.  Add some to dinner you are making for a great taste.

Did not read the can well.  Hot tomato

These tomatoes seemed a bit more acidic than usual. I used them as an ingredient in a soup I regularly prepare for a New Years celebration. The soup ended up with a distinctly acidic component. A little baking soda neutralized the acidity significantly. This is not a typical experience with this product and it will not deter me from using it in the various ways I have in the past.

Unusually Acidic

We regularly use Ro-tel. It is hard to pay grocery store prices when Sam's is so cheap. Even though I have to find a place to put it, it is always on hand. It gives me choices.
