Omg. I could live off of rotel + veleeta cheese... especially when you put sausage in it!!!

I always have this on hand. I add it to taco mix, Mac n cheese and lots of other boxed dinners.

I like the convenience of having this in my pantry for Mexican cooking and also homemade soups.

Rotel goes perfectly in chili to add some kick. Or mix it with some velveeta for queso!
