We use this for a lot of different recipes. Sometimes Ill use it in place of diced tomatoes just to give my dishes that extra flavor.

Why did the size of the can go from 14.5 oz to 10oz?? Any recipe that calls for Rotel that was created prior to 2020 uses 14.5 oz measurements.

Classic canned food item to grab. I like to add it to any recipe using tomatoes. The first recipe I think of is the title and velvets cheese queso.

These are great with just melted cheese to make a good queso dip! So easy, you can microwave it then pour over corn chips.

This stuff goes good in many dishes. Taco spaghetti for instance. Delicious. Will continue to use this product
