Very flavorful. It adds a wonderful spicy, but not overpowering taste to the taco soup, black bean soup, and chicken enchiladas that my kids love.

This is my go to rotel.  A little spicy so if spice is not for you then go for the mild.  You can't go wrong with rotel.

A little spicier than the mild, we sometimes have rotel dip for dinner. We just add extra hamburger. Definitely yummy and a treat the house enjoys.

Who doesn't keep this in their cabinet for cheese dip? I also use these in my taco soup and casseroles. Definitely a must have.
