I have always used rotel tomatoes in a wide variety of recipies. We love the spicy taste it gives. Is also very healthy vegetables.

If your making a sauce this is a must to add some spice to it.....also mix with a can of refused beans and cheese an it a great dip

Great product, especially when one can is blended into 1 LB of sour cream for a dip or salad dressing.
