There's not too much to say about Ro-tel Original, you pretty much know what you're getting. When I was younger I knew people who mixed it with melted Velveeta but that's not really my style, I prefer cream cheese.

My fav brand to add in to make nacho cheese dip. The original isnt to spicy but has enough flavor to come harder than the mild. Great price. Will continue to purchase over other options.

Whenever I am missing home (Texas) I dump a can of Rotel into a pot with melted cheese and it makes the perfect queso!! I have used a variety of the flavors but you can never go wrong with original! Rotel Orginal Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies

The only brand of Ro-tel that I use for cooking. I use this in my white, chicken chili recipe. Its adds great taste and texture. I always keel extra in my pantry!

The classic Rotella and mix with cooked hamburger meat and or sausage. Let it melt in the crackpot and it's delicious.  I like to put a spoonful over my chili too

I love rotel it has such good flavor. I like using it with the velveeta block cheese and making rotel dip. This is good for many recipes and is a go to in our house!

I love the flavor. I'm not a spicy food fan unless it's tasty, so that's a huge plus in my book. Makes great queso dip, and new things to make with it seem like they'll be fun to find.
