I keep this in my pantry for every bland meal—toss it in and it adds lots of great flavors and a little kick. I wish they made smaller cans an option for a single person meal but I only see standard sizes available.

Absolutely love this delicious mix- perfect for homemade queso or queso and meat dip. It does have a little bit of spice- if that’s not your style I would go for the mild.

Hard to believe in any negative comments. I use 3-4 a week in everything I cook just about for 45 years. I’ve never had a bad can!!! I buy it by the case and I use a case a month in our church soup kitchen!!!

I use R0-tel in everything. Chile, cheese dip, soup, casseroles, beans, and sometimes I use it just as a salsa. It is always my "go to" for flavor and spice.

Rotel Orginal Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies is absolutely necessary to make the perfect queso dip. It is always reliable for any get together and so easy to prepare. Just a can of Rotel and a block of velvetta.
