You cant go wrong with Ro-Tel original! We use it the most to make seriously delicious cheesy dip! But, its will definitely elevate any meal that requires tomatoes! Delicious!

Makes the BEST queso dip! I grew up making it this way: half a block of Velveeta cut up into cubes, and the whole can of Rotel (with the liquid)! Melt in the microwave and stir occasionally. You can add taco meat to bring it next level!

I just tried my first can of the original recipe--I'm on a low-salt diet--and needed something to pep up my home-made beef stew. Wow! What a flavor! What kind of chiles are those? They've got a real kick! Thank you for your excellent product

Great addition to soups, stews, chowders, dips, chilis, casseroles, frittatas, meatloafs, marinara sauces, tacos, omelettes, hobble pobbles, cassoulets, pizzas, nachos, lasagnas, relishes, salsas, chow chows, and enchiladas. Or plain.

I started using in a nacho dip (1/2 a block melted Velveeta with 1 can Rotel, if you want extra heat, chopped jalapenos!)  Also a great substitution for regular canned tomatoes in recipes you want a little extra heat, for example Chili!

Great for my signature white chicken chili. The green chilies add just enough kick to make the chili not bland. I keep a few of these cans in my pantry at all times. It’s hard to get other diced tomatoes after this!

These are fresh tasting and full of flavor. They have the perfect amount of heat and I love adding it to queso. Can find at most grocery stores for cheap! I definitely recommend if you like a little heat

The original is my favorite for Rotel dip, salsa, and tacos! Rotel dip is my favorite football Saturday food, and the regular rotel never disappoints! Also, who doesn't love some good salsa on taco Tuesday??

I buy these regularly, use them in any recipes calling for tomatoes, loved the added flavor. Have many recipes that actually call for these tomatoes. The flavor is full, the tomatoes stay firm when cooked, dont lose their texture.

This product has to always be paired with velveeta cheese! I will not ever make cheese dip or my chicken spaghetti without it! Brings in that extra kick of flavor you’re missing in your meals. Loyal customer for sure.
