We use Ro-tel for a ton of different dishes and its always so awesome. We use it to make cheese dip, we use it for sauce picante, and we use it for Dorito casserole. The original is a great choice for cooking for a family because it has lots of flavor, but its mild enough that the children can eat it.

Rotel is the perfect add on when making Mexican food at home! Brings lots of flavor and is really easy as it’s premade in a can. I usually save the cans for a few days in the refrigerator as there is a lot in the cans so it doesn’t all get ate in one sitting.

Rotel diced tomatoes are ok for cooking, but I really miss the Rotel Whole Tomatoes. They were discontinued many years ago. Thats what I used to make queso. The diced tomatoes just don't have the right texture. I wish they would bring the whole tomatoes back.

Have been a loyal customer for decades, buy it by the case. Last couple of purchases have been extremely disappointing. Too much juice, one can was 1/2 juice. Few or no chiles in several cans, no taste. Have been buying store brand which is cheaper and has both chilis and flavor with minimum juice.

This product can be used in so many things! I personally like using it for cheese dips and chili, it is always known that if you don't have this, you need to grab it for recipes! I really enjoy the spicier varieties of this product as well, but this is good for those who don't like spicy foods. 

Delicious never had any issues. Great for parties. Great flavor pretty healthy. Makes good dip or a gives food a great flavor kick. I would and a bit more flavor! 5 layer bean dip would be my recipe for ya! Definitely would recommend to others. All around a great add on.

I love this because you can add it to many dishes to spice things up amd give it a little extra something. It makes so many great dips also. It's very versatile and simple to use. I've only ever used the original but would really like to try all of the other styles especially the spicy ones.

I’ve been buying Rotel for 25+years. The quality seems to be slipping. There’s hardly any green chilies, there’s tomato peelings and the cans have gotten smaller, but the price didn’t You say quality is very important? Do y’all know what good quality is? It’s not in this product.

Normally, I use Rotel tomatoes by opening the can and dumping into what I am making. I will not so that anymore! Last night I was making dip and was very disappointed to find large amounts of skin. The can almost looked like the €˜bottom of the barrel'. Some of the peels were a couple of inches in length and even the top where the stem connected! I still love rotel tomatoes but will not have confidence in their product for a while. Inspect the contents... just saying...

Any time I want some fresh salsa to add to my egg omelette, fried rice, and tacos, I can just simply open a can of ro-tel and I am good to go. I like the original and also the no-salt add when trying to limit my sodium intake. Don’t have to refrigerate until I open a can.
