The die that is used to perforate the bubble wrap needs to be serviced or replaced. Have used other brand bubble wrap in the past and never had a problem with separating the wrap along perforations. Now I need scissors to cut the bubble wrap apart which is really what the perforations are supposed to do. Fix this problem!!
