CAN'T HAVE A DESK W/OUT ONE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own 4 dispensers. When my grandchildren are here we have the 'girls only and the boys only' dispensers. When I scrapbook I have the doublesided tape dispenser...... then theres the old original "FIRST ALERT" dispenser... when things are torn from too many little hands wanting the same piece of paper.... removing lint from clothes by double rolling tape backwards wrapping packages, taping envelopes when the self stick doesn't work......etc......

So disappointed that they do not have a replacement blade available. For a very busy medical office who uses these quite frequently the blade gets dull and all I need is a new sharp blade but can't get one. You have to buy a whole new dispenser which is a huge waste when it's not old. If I have to buy a new dispenser I will definately make sure replacement blades are available first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the desktop dispenser for a few months and accidentally knocked it off my desk. Unfortunately the piece where the roll is inserted over broke. Good product but a little disappointed in its durability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this tape dispenser for many years and expect it to last for many more. It is great to be able to use one hand to pull out the amount of tape you need and easily cut it off where you want it. Would definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TAPE DISPENSERS, AND I DO HAVE TO SAY, THAT THE SCOTCH BRAND TAPE DISPENSER HAS OUT LASTED ANY OF THE OTHER BRANDS THAT I HAVE TRIED. THEY LAST LONGER, AND THE TEETH STAY SHARP WHICH ALLOWS EASY ACCESS FOR TAPE REMOVAL. ALL OF THE GIRLS IN MY OFFICE HAVE ONE. LAST YEAR WE HAD TO ORDER NEW ONSE AND CHOSE SCOTCH BECAUSE THE OTHER BRAND DID NOT LAST. THE TEETH BECAME DULL AND IT PRACTICALLY TOOK TWO HANDS TO TEAR OFF A PIECE OF TAPE. THANKS FOR MAKING AN OUTSTANDING OFFICE PRODUCT!!!!

I buy the Scotch desk tape dispenser and invisible and regular tape for my employees. I have bought this product for years. They last a long time. I still have mine and I have been 33 years. I got mine when they first came out. The edge stays sharpened and the tape breaks off easily. The wheel stays in place with the tape and does not slide. I would recommend this product to everyone who purchases office supplies.
