I love this treat

These are a wonderful treat. My husband and I currently started the keto diet and we both love sweets so I got these as a dessert for us. They are both very good but the coconut is my fav plus I don't feel guilty about eating it. I don't eat them everyday but when I want to eat a bowl of ice cream or candy bar I grab this instead and it saves the day!

If you're fine with maltitol, great. These taste good and hit the spot. Like a mounds bar and a Snickers bar. As for me, I react to maltitol (bloating, gas, not diarrhea but soft stools) while they do work for my diet, the discomfort isn't worth it. I bought a batch last time because I work from home, but I wouldn't have bought it if I had to take it to work...I wish they'd sub xylitol or stevia instead of maltitol.

I agree with "Bad Change". Adkins changed their recipe about a month ago. They should remove the term "Chew" from the packaging because the Caramel Nut Chew Bar is now less like a Snickers and more like a marshmallow nut bar. I'll have to start looking for a replacement afternoon snack.

I have a devout love of candy and always struggle when trying to eat wise because I will cave every time and give in to the craving. Since these are higher in protein and lower in sugar, I find that while they fix the craving, it doesnt affect the scale! The Caramel Nut is kind of like a Snickers and the Chocolate Coconut is like a Mounds bar. Ohhhh so good!

Don't get them in the summer. They were all melted.

I am a diabetic and these curbed my sweet tooth without raising my blood sugar. I have already purchased another box of these yummy bars.

The coconut bars were not good in my opinion. The caramel with nuts were very good which is why I gave 3 stars.

I enjoyed the flavor of the bars. I would often eat one around 10 a.m and then not be hungry until dinner time.
