This product was recommended by my sister for the fiber . My husband and I indulge occasionally- he prefers the coconut bar which is too strong for my preference and I prefer the chocolate bar. They are a delicious little snack.

I love these bars but I ordered on 3/18/23 and they had a white glaze on them. I had an upset stomach after eating and I checked the expiration date and it was 3/26/23 so haven't eaten anymore.

The taste is close to normal. Bars are small and price is pricey, like everything diet related. Can't see how they'll sell'em (any over priced diet food) the way inflation is out of control.

I am following the keto program and find these treats to be a lifesaver. They are so delicious. I do find my morning glucose is up some when I have one, so I need to limit them.
