It tastes like a strawberry shake, but there's also that kind of grainy protein after taste.

The strawberry flavor wasn't bad. If they can make these without soy, it would be even better

Atkins are flavorful drinks. I am using a drink to substitute my lunch.

High Protein, low cal, great taste, like all the Atkins products.
