The shakes taste great but do not contain the 5g of fiber as advertised. The ones I received only contained 3g of fiber. The product would have received a 5-star rating except for the deceptive advertising.

Product was apparently exposed to extreme temperatures; several of the individual containers were expanded due to swelling of the liquid inside, which had formed within the liquid.

Great low carb snack alternative to get me through the day. I usually will have this for a lunchtime meal replacement and it is filling and I really like the strawberry flavor as well.

I am watching my weight as a diabetic, so sugars and carbohydrates are important, these shakes are very useful and filling in controlling these health issues

Best protein drink! Doesn't have that nasty aftertaste that most low calorie drinks do. I prefer the strawberry and vanilla however, they are all tasty. I'm not dieting, I just like the drink.

This shake, as well as other Atkins shakes, start my day, every day. Fills the void after sleeping, gives me an energy boost, and doesn't put weight on. The taste is great, as an added bonus.

Thick and creamy mouthfeel, filling enough to know it is a meal replacement and indulgent enough to want to keep coming back. It is sweet but not overly so with no after taste.

Never received the product when it says it was delivered, had to get a refund. Then go to the store and make the purchase and my store did not have the strawberry.
