These are some of the best that I bought. Most protein shakes taste like crap, these taste a lot better and they actually hold my appetite for a while.

The price is defined right, but it only has 15 grams of protein which is half of what premier protein and fairlife has. That's the only thing that turned me off to thus drink.

These Atkins drinks are Delicious! A chocolate shake, semi frozen, tastes like a Wendys Frosty. 😋 Nummy. I tried the Atkins powdered mixes about 25 years ago. Before they had pre mixed shakes. Those were Nasty. Nothing like the shakes now.

I don’t like most of the sr kinds of shakes but I like this one. I freeze it then take tiny sips for 2-3 as it melts. Premier has more protein but is way too thick for me .

Three of the containers were not tightly capped and seemed to have less liquid than described on the box. I threw them away and will not buy more in the future.

The colder the better. My wife semi-freezes them for shakes. I was in the mood for a hot chocolate so put it in a cup and microwaved. A little whipped cream and Whoh-laaa!

Tastes great. A good little protein boost when I need something to tide me over. I also freeze them to use in my ninja creami for a sweet lite ice cream.

I drink one every morning! I add in 1/2 cup water, 2 ice cubes, and a cup of spinach (which I’ve blended and add into the shake). It’s delicious and I get a helping of vegetables in!
